The first batch of "prefabricated construction industry bases" in Shanxi Province was put into operation in Northwest Shanxi Industrial Park

Lvliang City recently held a prefabricated building promotion meeting. More than a hundred representatives from Luliang Municipal Government, Economic Development Zone, counties (cities, districts), housing construction departments and construction companies gathered together to seek the rapid development of the prefabricated construction industry. After the meeting, the participating representatives went to Shanxi Construction Investment Shanxi Northwest Industrial Park for on-site observation.

The Northwest Shanxi Industrial Park is jointly invested and constructed by Shanxi Construction Investment Group, Wujian Group, Luliang Municipal Government, Lishi District Government, and Shanxi Ancient Construction Group. It is the first batch of "prefabricated construction industrial bases" in the province. The planned area of Northwest Shanxi Industrial Park is 769 acres, with a total investment of about 1.5 billion yuan. It is an important part of Shanxi Construction Investment Group's provincial layout and construction of a modernized construction industry park. Among them, the PC Industrial Zone was completed and put into production on May 30 this year, producing various PC component products and commercial concrete.

During the on-site observation, the park vividly interprets the prefabricated building parts, construction technology and building quality through seven exhibition areas: PC components, art image concrete, green building materials, decoration, power transmission and distribution components, steel components, innovative construction method and wood components. The guests stopped for a long time and savored. The staff of the park also shared with everyone the prefabricated construction project under construction, the new rural sector project and the progress of the HSI decoration system.
