On the morning of October 13, Tan Yong, deputy mayor of the Changsha Municipal People's Government and the chain leader of the prefabricated construction industry chain in Changsha, investigated Hunan Gutebon Civil Technology Development Company and Hunan Dongfanghong Changsha Prefabricated Construction Industrial Base. Tan Yong and his entourage first came to Hunan Gutebon Civil Technology Development Company, visited the R&D factory, and focused on understanding the company's core technology, application fields, and product exports. As a model of the integration of production, education and research, Gutebon takes Hunan University and other universities as its technical support to give full play to its strong scientific research and technical advantages in civil engineering and materials science. Since its establishment in 2002, Gutebon solutions and material products have been used in the construction of China's Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the Hong Kong Central Wanchai Bypass, the Padma Bridge in Bangladesh and other well-known projects at home and abroad. In 18 years, more than 20,000 domestic and foreign projects have been completed and actively integrated into the “Belt and Road” construction.

Subsequently, Tan Yong and his entourage came to Hunan Dongfanghong Changsha Prefabricated Construction Industrial Base to investigate the production process of PC component products, quality control standards, finished product characteristics and factory operations, as well as the implementation and application achievements of EMPC general contracting integration for prefabricated construction projects. Dongfanghong Construction Group, as a representative of the first batch of traditional construction enterprises in the province that has undergone transformation and assembly development, has its business scope covering the entire industrial chain of research and development, design, production, construction, and logistics. Prefabricated projects such as the Sunward Intelligent Headquarters Building, the student dormitory of the School of Foreign Economics, and Qiaotou River Pipe Culvertt have been built. It is reported that Dongfanghong will build a "Science and Technology Innovation Center" in the city this year, covering a total area of 50 acres, with a planned total investment of 300 million yuan. It also plans to build an "Assembled Building Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park" (the first phase has been put into production), with a total area of 240 acres and a total investment of 800 million yuan. It is planned to build the country's first comprehensive demonstration park for assembled buildings.

Tan Yong emphasized that it is necessary to seize the policy window period for the country and Hunan Province to vigorously develop prefabricated buildings and promote the marketization of the prefabricated building industry. Tan Yong requested that the two basic points of "repair chain" and "strong chain" should be firmly grasped, and the prefabricated construction industry should be focused on "marketization" construction. The Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau and the Municipal Prefabricated Building Industry Chain Office jointly held a prefabricated building product negotiation matchmaking meeting to build a cooperation platform for prefabricated enterprises and real estate companies, enhance the confidence of prefabricated construction companies, promote the coordinated development of the prefabricated construction industry and fully sing the "Changsha Assembly" brand.
