The first steel structure prefabricated residential project in Hunan Province enters the main construction stage

Recently, at the construction site of the Xiangyin County Jinlong Directional Price-Limited Commercial Housing Construction Project, with the close cooperation of workers and tower cranes, the first steel pipe bundle weighing 4 tons was successfully hoisted. This marks the first steel structure prefabricated residential project in Hunan Province to enter the main construction stage.

Jinlong's targeted price-fixed commercial housing projects are all constructed using steel structure prefabricated residential systems, and are included in the key projects of national prefabricated steel structure residential pilot projects and provincial demonstration projects. The project adopts the most mature steel structure prefabricated residential technology system in China-the steel tube concrete bundle composite structure residential system, which is composed of steel tube bundle composite structure shear walls, H-shaped steel beam, fabricated steel truss floor deck, lightweight partition walls and other main structures. Compared with traditional reinforced concrete buildings, it has core advantages such as excellent seismic performance, short construction period, high housing yield, excellent project quality, low construction investment, energy saving, flexible layout, and green environmental protection. "The adoption of new technologies has enabled our project to not only shorten the construction period by 30%, but also reduce labor by 30%." Project Manager Lei Ping introduced.

In recent years, Xiangyin County has actively promoted the construction of the steel structure prefabricated construction industry chain, focusing on supporting the development of prefabricated construction enterprises such as Hunan Kaibo Hangxiao. Continuously improve supporting policies, continue to optimize the government environment, and include enterprise products in the procurement catalog of government investment projects. At present, the steel structure prefabricated construction industry chain has become one of the 7 100 billion industry chains in Yueyang City.
