A total investment of 560 million yuan prefabricated intelligent manufacturing demonstration center settled in Ulanchabu, Inner Mongolia

The prefabricated industry is a new industry that integrates traditional construction technology with the Internet of Things, new materials, and intelligent manufacturing. On September 19, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Assembly Development Summit and Junming Livable Assembly Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Center groundbreaking ceremony was held in Ulanchabu. It is understood that the total investment of the demonstration center project is 500 million to 600 million yuan, and the expected annual sales in the future will reach 1.5 billion yuan.

The prefabricated summit was hosted by the People's Government of Chayouqian Banner of the Communist Party of China in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, hosted by Junming Livable Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and the Prefabricated Building and Green Development Branch of China Building Materials Industry Economic Research Association, and supported by China Building Decoration Association.

Recently, 9 ministries including the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development jointly issued opinions, proposing to accelerate the industrialization of new constructions. Promote the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of the construction industry with new-type construction industrialization, create an internationally competitive "China Construction" brand, and promote the green development and high-quality development of urban and rural construction.

The industrialization of a new type of building is driven by a new generation of information technology, using systematic integrated design and lean production and construction throughout the life of the project as the main means to integrate the entire industrial chain, value chain and innovation chain of the project and realize the high-efficiency, high quality, low consumption, low emissions industrialization of construction.

The prefabricated building transfers a large amount of on-site work from the traditional construction method to the factory. The components and accessories used in the building are processed in the factory, transported to the construction site, and assembled and installed on-site through reliable connections. Assembled intelligent manufacturing makes all factory processing and manufacturing intelligent and mechanized.

Prefabricated decoration, also known as industrial decoration, refers to a decoration method that uses dry construction methods to combine and install factory-produced interior parts on site. The prefabricated decoration has the industrialized thinking of standardized design, industrialized production, assemblyized construction, and informationized coordination.

Junming Livable Prefabricated Industry Demonstration Base takes prefabricated AI design, smart factories and smart parks as the main body, undertakes early part manufacturing, industrial training, assembly display capabilities, and long-term output of prefabricated overall solutions. The project covers a total area of 413 mu, with a total construction area of 276,000 square meters and a total investment of 500-600 million yuan. After production, it can support the unit capacity of 10 million square meters of prefabricated houses. After the completion of the base construction, the output value can reach 6 billion yuan, which can drive the output value of the upstream and downstream industrial chain to 30 billion yuan.
