It was agreed that the company’s holding subsidiary Anhui Sanjian Engineering Co., Ltd. invested 220 million yuan (100% of the registered capital) to invest in the establishment of Anhui Construction Engineering Intelligent Construction Co., Ltd. (tentative name) in Lieshan Economic Development Park, Lieshan District, Huaibei City. And is responsible for the implementation of the Huaibei prefabricated building PC component production base project.
