"Temperature + Technology + Wisdom", entering the highest and largest prefabricated concrete "Sky Factory" in China

Shenzhen Pingshan District, as the core area for the development of Shenzhen's biomedical industry, has the first batch of national bio-industry bases in Shenzhen and the only state-level bio-industry base in Shenzhen. It has initially built a biopharmaceutical industry agglomeration area with complete upstream and downstream, distinctive features and significant cluster effect, forming a good development trend of "Pingshan is the first choice for biopharmaceutical enterprises".

The Shenzhen-Hong Kong Biomedical Industrial Park project undertaken by CSCEC is one of the five major professional parks to be promoted in Pingshan District in the future. It is currently the largest and highest prefabricated concrete structure factory in China.

The total land area of the project is about 51,800 square meters, and the maximum building height is 96.9 meters. It can provide 172,300 square meters of industrial space and 25,000 square meters of supporting space. After completion, it will become a modern international professional park integrating basic research and development, achievement transformation, clinical application, and high-end manufacturing, empowering Pingshan District to build a modern industrial system featuring the biomedical industry. A "skyscraper factory" with temperature

CSCEC fully integrates the needs of the biomedical industry, and introduces concepts such as "ecology", "humanity", "interconnection" and "high efficiency" into the design, and builds the project into a modern "skyscraper factory" with warmth and height.

The park adopts multi-level setbacks to realize the integration of greenery, and designs a large-scale public green atrium, creating a vertical greening system and a multi-level roof landscape system to achieve open interface and space sharing.

The project innovatively launched the operation mode of "independent entry" for enterprises, exclusively customized high-end industrial environment for enterprises, created an interesting public service platform in the park, and established multiple communication spaces for enterprises in the park.

The project also uses a rich corridor system to closely connect the factory with the commercial and dormitory of the plot, and combines the concept of comprehensive development to create an all-weather park with infinite extension.

"Sky Factory" with technology

The project has high storey height, large span and large load. The maximum storey height is 7.5m, the standard span is 8.4m, and the live load is 12kN/㎡ and 7.5kN/㎡. The project adopts a high-rise assembly-free integral frame-shear wall structure system free of support and formwork, which realizes standardized design, industrialized production, no plastering of components, and less support during construction, achieving fast, safe and civilized construction.

High-efficiency installation technology of superimposed beams

The project adopts the design of adding corbels and pre-embedded bolt cylinders on the top of prefabricated columns, directly placing the superimposed beam on the top of the corbel for installation, and then adding pre-embedded bolt cylinders at the bottom of the superimposed beam. Use angle steel and bolts to fix the superimposed beam at the top of the column, realize the fast and unsupported installation of the superimposed beam, save the process of erecting a supporting formwork at the bottom of the beam, and save labor and material costs.

Efficient installation process for prestressed hollow panels

The project optimizes the design of the superimposed beam, and sets the pick ears on the side to place the prestressed hollow-core slab, and the bottom of the slab realizes free support and free formwork installation. At the same time, the position of the top hole at the end of the hollow slab is optimized, and the construction groove is reserved to facilitate the construction of the post-casting belt at the node of the hollow slab.

Construction technology of cast-in-place joint formwork for prefabricated beams and columns

The project makes full use of the fixed steel corner yards on both sides of the superimposed beam node, and sets a steel plate on one side. When pouring concrete, the outer steel plate can be used as a support to prevent the shaping die from being squeezed and deformed by the lateral pressure of the concrete. After the pouring is completed, the steel angle code and the stereotyped mold can be removed directly, which can be reused later.

Smart "Sky Factory"

The project adopts the five-in-one REMPC management model of R&D, design, manufacturing, procurement and construction. Relying on the intelligent construction platform of prefabricated buildings with independent intellectual property rights developed by China Construction Technology, BIM information technology is used to open up various technical and management links of design and production, production and construction, main body and electromechanical and decoration. Realize the information exchange and sharing in the whole life cycle of building design, business, production, transportation, construction and operation and maintenance, and improve the efficiency and management level of the whole industry chain.

In order to realize the informatization management and control of the site, the project not only applied mature informatization means such as all-round video surveillance, real-name system + accounting system, quality and safety APP, and large-scale equipment monitoring. It has also innovatively applied cutting-edge technologies and Internet technologies such as drone automatic cruise and whole-process quality traceability management of prefabricated components to realize intelligent construction.
