The first prefabricated bridge in Shanxi Province is fully connected

Recently, the Baiyuhe No. 1 Bridge of the LJ3 branch of the Lihuo Expressway of Shanxi Road Bridge has successfully achieved full-width penetration. The bridge is the first prefabricated bridge in Shanxi Province, and it is also a key project for the first application of innovative achievements in the field of transportation construction in the province. The full-width penetration of the bridge marks the full realization of the goal of the LJ3 branch of Shanxi Luqiao Lihuo Expressway "to create a highlight project of the substructure of prefabricated bridges in the province". It completely opened the beam transport channel for the LJ3 branch, and laid a solid foundation for the early realization of the overall completion of the subgrade of the project.

Baiyuhe No. 1 prefabricated bridge has a total length of 577 meters, and the prefabrication rate of the whole bridge reaches 95%. The bridge is the first project in Shanxi Province to use prefabricated assembly construction technology in the construction of the lower part of the expressway bridge, and it is also one of the four key directions and project research topics of the Lihuo Expressway Company. In 2021, it will be included in the "Overall Plan for the Creation of the Project Ping An Centennial Quality Project" by Shanxi Province and reported to the Ministry of Transport.

The overall production of bridge components is carried out in the prefabrication yard, which can be constructed synchronously with other processes, effectively speeding up the construction speed. It has the advantages of improving the quality of the project, improving the appearance of concrete, reducing on-site pollution, realizing the industrialization of workers, and low-carbon construction, and can also reduce the safety operation risk of construction workers. In addition, prefabricated bridges have requirements for site construction, transportation passages and pier column heights, and are suitable for bridges with relatively flat terrain, small bridge pier column heights, and multi-span continuous bridges.
