The first prefabricated MiC building in Huishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province was successfully completed

On September 6, Zhanzuo Apartment, the first prefabricated MiC building in Huishan District, Wuxi City, undertaken by China Overseas Construction Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China State Construction International Group Co., Ltd., and China Construction Hailong Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully completed.

It is understood that the apartment is located on Luozhou Road, Qianzhou Street, Huishan District, Wuxi City, with a construction area of about 8986 square meters. These rooms can be used as talent apartments at ordinary times, and can be switched to health stations in emergency situations to play the role of strategic emergency isolation points. The whole project is constructed with MiC rapid construction technology, which is the green construction method with the highest degree of construction industrialization in the country, and has three characteristics of industrialization, intelligence and greening.

Zhanzuo Apartment Real Picture

First, industrialization shortens the entire construction period, with fast factory production and fast assembly construction. The Zhanzuo apartment module realizes integrated decoration and fully automated production in the Suzhou Hailong prefabricated processing plant. The on-site workload is small, and the average production cycle of a single MiC module is only 5 days. It only took 8 days for the project site to break through the foundation ±0, and the main structure was capped in 8 days. The actual total construction period was 53 days, which was more than 80% less than that of traditional buildings, and the assembly rate reached 100%.

Second, the intelligence covers the entire building range, and intelligent services such as communication access, telephone voice, computer network, and electronic door locks can be provided in the room. The central control room can realize intelligent services such as public area monitoring, access control system, video intercom, and emergency broadcast.

Third, greening runs through the entire construction process. The wall adopts the finished sandwich rock wool board and light steel keel system, and the decorative panel adopts the environmental protection material of wood grain or cloth grain integrated panel. The toilet adopts the SMC whole toilet produced by the factory, and the roof adopts light steel keel roof and energy-saving rock wool board, which reduces carbon emissions by 50% and construction waste by more than 70%.
