Anchao Economic Development Zone's first prefabricated building project unveiled! It is expected to be put into use in January 2024!

With the order of "opening the crane", a prefabricated laminated board weighing about 1 ton slowly rose with the help of the boom, and landed on the joint surface steadily, and the "butt" was tightly seamed. A few days ago, the Huashan rental housing project located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Longquan Road and Yunxi Road in Anchao Economic and Technological Development Zone is undergoing the hoisting of prefabricated components such as main structure stairs and laminated panels.

The Huashan rental housing project is organized and implemented by Dongxin Construction and Development Company of Anchao Economic Development Zone. The total investment is about 320 million yuan, with a total construction area of 75,523.48 square meters, including 7 residential buildings and 1 comprehensive building. It is expected to be put into use in January 2024. Different from the previous cast-in-place construction process, this project adopts a laminated plate shear wall structure, and BIM technology is applied in the whole process, with an assembly rate of 30%.

Prefabricated buildings realize the integration of building industrialization through standardized design, factory prefabricated component production, on-site prefabricated construction, and later integrated decoration. Compared with traditional construction methods, it is more environmentally friendly, more energy-saving, and more efficient. It can reduce the generation of construction waste, reduce construction pollution such as dust and noise, and greatly reduce the number of construction personnel required, shorten the construction period, and improve work efficiency.

In view of the advantages of prefabricated buildings, Anchao Economic and Technological Development Zone has adopted prefabricated building construction technology in the three recent projects of Ziwei Garden rental housing, talent apartment, and Xincheng Lijing. Among them, the Xincheng Lijing project is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Beihuan Avenue and Juchao Avenue in Hechao Industrial New City, with a total construction area of 288,400 square meters. The residential building structure of this project mainly adopts shear wall structure (part of beam-slab assembly), and the high-rise residential building meets the 30% assembly rate. Prefabricated floor slabs, prefabricated cantilever slabs, prefabricated stairs, and prefabricated partition walls are preferred for prefabrication, which can better meet the requirements of building use.

With the comprehensive promotion of "prefabricated buildings" in the development zone, Dongxin C&D will focus on improving every link involved in prefabricated buildings from the establishment of a prefabricated building project management system, the implementation of general contracting of projects and the full decoration of buildings.
