Skilled craftsmen compete on the same stage! Jinhua City held a skills competition for prefabricated construction workers

Recently, the Jinhua Prefabricated Construction Workers Skills Competition was held in Zhejiang Juxin Technology Development Co., Ltd.

Xu Chunlai, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Jinhua Construction Bureau, attended the event and delivered a speech. Xu Chunlai pointed out that the in-depth development of the vocational skills competition for employees is an important starting point to stimulate the enthusiasm for labor and innovation and creativity of the majority of employees. All counties (cities, districts) should actively build a "knowledge-based, skilled and innovative" industrial worker team, vigorously promote the glorious social customs of labor and the craftsman spirit of excellence. At the same time, it is necessary to further implement the main quality responsibilities of all parties in construction projects from the two aspects of strictly implementing the main responsibilities of all parties and increasing the supervision of the competent authorities, and continue to promote the high-quality development of the construction industry in Jinhua City.

The competition was sponsored by Jinhua Construction Bureau, undertaken by the Municipal Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Management Station, the Municipal Construction Technical School, and the Municipal Construction Safety Association, and co-organized by New Century Construction Group and Zhejiang Lingfeng New Materials Co., Ltd. A total of 24 front-line prefab construction workers from 8 prefabricated construction enterprises in the city participated in the competition.

The competition is divided into two stages: theory test and practical operation competition. The theory test is conducted in a closed-book manner, and is completed by the contestants independently; the actual operation competition is completed by the contestants on the spot according to the specified content.

In order to ensure the fairness and authority of the competition, the competition consists of 3 referees to form a referee team, and each participating team members play in strict accordance with the requirements of the rules. All the contestants were attentive, skilled in operation, and cooperative in an orderly manner, showing a high level of professionalism and collaborative spirit. After a day of fierce competition, the Wucheng team won the first prize, the Yongkang team won the second prize, the Dongyang team won the third prize, and the Lanxi team won the Excellent Organization Award. The top three teams in the total score will represent Jinhua in the provincial competition.
