Make the construction site "smart", CSCEC installs "digital intelligence" to empower prefabricated buildings

Recently, all single main structures of the general contracting project of Shanghai Hanxun Wireless Technology R&D Headquarters undertaken by China Construction Installation Shanghai Company have been capped and are expected to be completed by the end of December this year. As a pilot project for the digital transformation of enterprises, the project adopts the "digital construction integration platform" independently developed by CSCEC to create a smart construction site with "intelligent ears and eyesight".

Violations and dangers can be seen, noises and complaints can be heard, dust and smoke can be smelled, and instructions and warnings can be spoken—the platform includes smart cloud center, business management system and smart construction site system. It integrates progress, materials, production, quality, safety and other aspects, records and stores construction information throughout the process, and enables the owner, supervisor, and constructor to view the project construction status in real time through the project and enterprise-level data centers. At the same time, the platform makes full use of the Internet of Things, blockchain, artificial intelligence and other technologies, and deeply integrates platform applications such as the real-name system for construction site labor, 4K high-definition video surveillance, and the Internet of Things. Finally, various data are displayed on the smart big screen or work mobile phone, replacing the inefficient collaboration method in the traditional mode, and realizing multi-directional exchange of information.

As a prefabricated project, the Hanxun project involves the construction of more than 20,000 square meters of PC components, and the heaviest component weighs 8 tons. Due to the many types of prefabricated components, the large volume, and the small construction site, the project was processed by a third-party factory. In the factory, through BIM software, component processing can simulate the actual situation of component installation during construction. Before the assembly and construction, the project department uses BIM technology to conduct three-dimensional visualization technology disclosure to the workers, so that the three-dimensional arrangement of each steel bar can be clearly seen to ensure high-quality construction.
