Qingdao Metro Line 6 Heluobu Station completed assembly

On September 7, with the humming of the 160-ton intelligent gantry crane, the last prefabricated component was lifted to the designated position, marking the official completion of the prefabricated assembly of Qingdao Metro Line 6 Heluobu Station constructed by the Urban Rail Corporation.

The total length of Heluobu Station is 230 meters, of which 110 meters are prefabricated structures with a total of 55 rings, and the single component weighs 67 tons. During the whole construction process, the project department made intensive research, strictly followed the concept of "technology first", continuously optimized and improved the construction process, and carried "innovation" throughout the entire construction process. In the end, with the joint efforts of the business department and the project department of the urban rail company, the assembly and capping were completed in just over two months. It also created the record with the smallest cumulative error of the same process assembly in this line, accumulated rich experience for future subway construction, and consolidated the technical foundation.

In the next step, the urban rail company will accelerate the construction of the subway under the premise of ensuring construction safety and project quality, and contribute to the construction of a safe, convenient, efficient and green urban rail transit network system and the construction of "Qingdao on the track".
