The first prefabricated component of the prefabricated tunnel in the Xinsen Avenue project in Chongqing was successfully demolded

Recently, the first prefabricated tunnel prefabricated component of the Xinsen Avenue project of the Southwest Company of China Construction Seventh Bureau was successfully demolded. The two-way eight-lane super-diameter prefabricated highway tunnel mold used in this project is the first in China, designed and manufactured by Tonglian Technology Tiangong Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.

The Xinsen Avenue project is a key infrastructure project in the planning and construction of the Science City in the West of the High-tech Zone (Chongqing), and was undertaken by the Southwest Company of China Construction Seventh Bureau. The total length of the project is about 2.5km, the design speed is 60km/h, two-way eight lanes, and the road design range includes a 790-meter tunnel. After the project is completed, it will further alleviate the traffic congestion problem of the north-south connecting channel in the core area of the Science City, and promote the formation of a "ring-forming network, fast outside and smooth inside" transportation system in the Science City.

For the first time, the project adopts the new technology of prefabricated tunnel structure, and high-precision prefabricated components have become a crucial part. The mold team comprehensively considers the dimensional accuracy of the mold, the strength of the mold, the processing of the mold rib, the demoulding of the components, the safety and practicality, and the corrosion problem during the use of the mold. And through material selection optimization and welding optimization, high-precision molds are designed and produced, helping customers to complete the cross-border integration of "manufacturing + construction" in the process of practicing prefabricated buildings.
