It is understood that the prefabricated components used in this project mainly include: prefabricated laminated panels, prefabricated wall panels, prefabricated stairs, prefabricated toilet caisson, etc. Among them, the prefabricated laminated slab has the advantages of good integrity, superior seismic performance, fast construction speed and short construction period compared with the traditional integral cast-in-place slab. It not only meets the requirements of building safety and practicability, but also saves building materials, shortens the construction period, and is green and environmentally friendly, and meets the national requirements for the development of the construction industry.

The Ji'an Civilian Military Training Base Project is the first prefabricated public construction project in the city, and it is a key promotion project of prefabricated buildings determined by the Ji'an Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. The project is located in Changshan Pavilion, Hebu Street, Luling New District, Ji'an City, with a total construction area of 10,877.05 square meters, with a canteen assembly rate of 31%, a dormitory assembly rate of 36%, and a comprehensive building assembly rate of 30%. It is planned to be completed in mid-January 2023.
