Heilongjiang Province's first "passive ultra-low energy consumption" residential demonstration project capped

Recently, the first "passive ultra-low energy consumption" residential demonstration project in Heilongjiang Province - Shangdongfu (No. 1 Courtyard) in Shuangcheng District, the main body was officially capped. The developer Haoning Group, together with the construction units, supervision units and employee representatives, witnessed the topping moment.

The Shangdongfu (No.1 Courtyard) project in Shuangcheng District covers an area of 47,181.15 square meters, with a total construction area of 104,399.09 square meters above and below ground. The buildings are all constructed using "passive ultra-low energy consumption" technology. The construction of this project has received strong support from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the provincial, municipal and district governments. As the first "passive ultra-low energy consumption" residential demonstration project in our province, it has far-reaching significance.

According to the budget of the Building Energy Conservation Center of Tsinghua University, the energy consumption of "ultra-low energy buildings" is only 1/5 to 1/3 of that of ordinary energy-saving buildings. At the same time, it can provide higher living quality, indoor constant temperature, constant oxygen, constant humidity, and comfortable temperature in all seasons. Due to the great attention paid to the construction details such as airtightness and thermal insulation, the improvement of the construction method will also promote the quality of the project.

The Shangdongfu (No.1 Courtyard) project adopts a large number of new technologies such as high-efficiency external wall insulation materials, installation of energy-saving "passive doors and windows", installation of carbon dioxide monitoring, temperature sensing, and integrated facilities for fresh air and air conditioning, so that there is a continuous supply of clean and fresh air in the room. The heating system adopts new clean energy auxiliary heating, which solves the problem of uneven temperature in central heating, increases the heating cycle time, and better realizes energy consumption distribution and intelligent heating. At the same time, the carbon emission target has been reduced, so that people can benefit from heating costs, and truly build ecological houses that are more suitable for people to live in.
