A prefabricated rental housing project in Hefei City, Anhui Province was successfully capped

On the morning of August 23, the rental housing project invested, developed and constructed by the Third Construction Company of China Railway Tenth Bureau was successfully capped.

The rental housing project is located in the north of Fenghua Avenue and west of Jiulong Road in the Economic Development Zone of Hefei City, with a total investment of about 257 million yuan. The main construction contents include two 20-story and one 22-story high-rise residential buildings, a 9-class public kindergarten and other related supporting facilities, with a total construction area of about 43,000 square meters. The floor area ratio is 1.8, the greening rate is 40.28%, and a total of 236 houses are provided, which can effectively solve the problem of the employees of China Railway Tenth Bureau Third Construction Company being in fat housing.

The floor slabs, air-conditioning slabs and stair risers of the single residential building of the rental housing project adopt the prefabricated construction process, and the assembly rate of the horizontal components reaches 71.68%. During the construction stage of the main structure, the average construction period can reach 5 days/standard floor. While ensuring the quality of the project, it not only improves the construction efficiency, but also reduces the operation procedures and leveling works in the later stage of decoration, and pays attention to the overall environmental protection and efficient construction.
