3 provincial-level prefabricated building demonstration projects have been added to the comprehensive reform area in Shanxi Province

A few days ago, the Shanxi Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced 4 demonstration projects of the fourth batch of prefabricated buildings in Shanxi Province, and 3 projects in the Shanxi Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone were shortlisted.

It is understood that the three projects are: Shanxi Xiaohe New Town Hotel No. 2 built by Shanxi Xiaohe New Town Hotel Co., Ltd., with an assembly rate of 72%. The Xinyuan Smart Construction and Operation Headquarters project constructed by Shanxi Xinyuan Smart Construction Co., Ltd. has an assembly rate of 91.5% for Block A, 74.2% for Block B, and 66% for Block C. The group project on the south side of Xiaohe International Convention and Exhibition Center constructed by Shanxi Xiaohe International Convention and Exhibition Center Co., Ltd. has an assembly rate of 73.2%.

In addition, the three industrial bases in the comprehensive reform area have continued to be identified as prefabricated construction industry bases in Shanxi Province, namely: Shanxi Provincial Installation Group Co., Ltd., Shanxi Xiaohe Construction Industry Co., Ltd., and Shanxi Jiantou Yuanda Construction Industry Co., Ltd.

The industrial base has laid a solid industrial foundation for the development of prefabricated buildings in Shanxi Province. The demonstration project demonstrates the advantages of the prefabricated building technology system in energy saving, water saving, time saving, labor saving, reducing construction waste, and reducing on-site pollution, and has trained a group of professional and technical personnel in design, construction, and production.

The prefabricated building industry bases and demonstration projects shall, in accordance with the relevant documents, solidly promote various prefabricated buildings, explore and summarize a batch of replicable and popularized prefabricated building development experience in a timely manner, and give full play to the role of industry support and demonstration. Shanxi Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone will strengthen the guidance and supervision of industrial bases and demonstration projects, and report on the performance of industrial bases and the progress of demonstration projects. The Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-rural Development will implement dynamic management of prefabricated building industry bases and demonstration projects according to the declared work objectives, conduct regular assessments, and withdraw the unqualified assessments.
