On the morning of August 9, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Nankang District Green Prefabricated Integrated Building Industrial Park project and the unveiling ceremony of the headquarters were held in Caoqiu Village, Hengzhai Township. Liu Donghai, deputy head of the district government, Wang Maogui, secretary of the Party Group and director of the District Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau, Yang Wenliang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and head of Hengzhai Township, Ding Caisheng, chairman of Jiangxi Huahong Precision, and He Wujie and Li Xiujuan, representatives of Jiangxi Huahong's businessmen, attended the ceremony.

The development of prefabricated buildings is a concrete practice of Nankang District's practice of General Secretary Xi Jinping's green development concept, and an important measure to implement the decisions and deployments of the central, provincial and municipal governments. It is also an important starting point to achieve the goals of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality", and an important measure to promote the green development of urban and rural areas and the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. Nankang District actively introduces prefabricated construction enterprises such as Changjiang Jinggong Steel Structure (Group) Co., Ltd. to build a green prefabricated integrated construction industrial park, and promotes the comprehensive development of the prefabricated construction industry in the region with point-to-point, demonstration and leadership.

Nankang District Green Prefabricated Integrated Building Industrial Park is located in Hengzhai Township Industrial Park. The planned land area of the project is 1,000 mu, the first phase is 300 mu, and the total investment is 2 billion yuan. The green prefabricated integrated building industrial park mainly produces an annual output of 2 million square meters of prefabricated integrated building parts and components (including PSC prefabricated integrated structure system; PSC prefabricated integrated wall and floor system; PSC prefabricated integrated steel-concrete structure system (PEC); multi-high-rise, large-span space structure products; steel truss floor deck products; rock wool composite wall products; unitized curtain wall products, supporting PC products and integrated bathroom, integrated kitchen, integrated mechatronics, photovoltaic integration, smart home, decoration, etc.).

This project takes EPC engineering general contracting as the main business model, combined with the products of the production base and related supporting integration, to provide prefabricated integrated building products of PSC and other systems. Committed to the integrated service of the whole life cycle of the project from design, manufacturing, construction, installation and operation and maintenance. After the completion of the first phase of the project, the annual production capacity of about 200,000 tons of steel structure prefabricated building components will be formed.
