The first "intelligent integrated housing building machine" in Northwest China was put into operation in Lanzhou

On August 11, the intelligent integrated residential building machine of the Poly Tianhui project undertaken by the Northwest Company of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau officially began to climb and apply. This is also the first pilot application of this technology in the northwest region, which has important reference significance for the development of construction industrialization in the northwest region.

"Residential building machine" is mainly composed of six systems, including power support system, steel platform system, formwork system, hanger system, auxiliary operation system, and safety protection system. It adopts a small-stroke oil cylinder to climb step by step, which can realize a standard floor cycle construction (one floor) in 4 days, and climb a structural floor as a whole in 90 minutes. "During the construction process, the building machine integrates functions such as intelligent fabrics, external wall formwork hanging, spray maintenance, spray cooling, openable and closable sheds, and prefabricated component transfer. Provide all-weather working conditions and factory-like environment, greatly improving work efficiency. "The relevant person in charge of the Northwest Company of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau said.

Through technological innovation and functional integration, the residential building machine realizes the efficient integration of all-weather efficient construction and lean construction, and promotes the upgrading of high-rise building construction methods to humanization, intelligence, integration and greenness. It is the first pilot application of this technology in Northwest China.
