At the symposium, after listening to the work report of Sanmenxia Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau on Sanmenxia City's prefabricated building policy system, prefabricated building projects and industrial bases, they put forward guiding opinions on the existing problems.

The development of prefabricated buildings is the overall deployment of the country and the whole province. It is an inevitable requirement for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and high-quality development. It is an effective way to achieve the dual-carbon goal; the second is to strengthen leadership and strengthen measures. It is necessary to establish a joint conference on the development of prefabricated buildings from the municipal level to formulate practical policies. Jointly increase inspection and supervision with development and reform, natural resources and other departments, implement all the work to promote the development of prefabricated buildings, and ensure high-quality completion of the city's prefabricated building goals and tasks; the third is to expand publicity and create an atmosphere. Actively publicize the characteristics, advantages, policies and technologies of prefabricated buildings through news, newspapers, self-media and other channels, enhance public awareness and acceptance, enhance public awareness of green development, and create a good social atmosphere for the healthy development of green buildings and prefabricated buildings.

After the meeting, the research team, accompanied by relevant comrades from the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Hubin District People's Government, and Hubin District Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau, went deep into the prefabricated industrial base project of Hubin District Xinglong Concrete Co., Ltd. to conduct research. During the research process, the research team listened carefully to the company's report on the construction of the PC component production line and project development goals of the prefabricated industrial base project.

Liu Yanzhong said that the technology system adopted by the project in the "13th Five-Year Plan" national key research and development plan should be actively carried forward. After the implementation of relevant technologies is mature, the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-rural Development will promote it in the province in due course, and support the construction of the enterprise into a provincial-level prefabricated construction industry base, and at the same time build it towards a national-level prefabricated construction industry base.

Combined with the opinions and suggestions put forward by the research team, the Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development will conscientiously perform the responsibilities of the industry competent department in the next step, and take the initiative to serve the prefabricated building production enterprises. Support the prefabricated construction industry base in the region to become bigger and stronger, and further promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in Sanmenxia.
