"Sichuan-Chongqing Housing Construction Cup" 2022 Prefabricated Construction Skills Competition Held in Chongqing City

From July 28th to 30th, the 2022 Sichuan-Chongqing Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Expo and Urban Renewal Forum supporting activities - "Sichuan-Chongqing Housing Construction Cup" prefabricated construction skills competition was held in Chongqing Vocational College of Construction Engineering. 41 companies and more than 200 contestants from Sichuan and Chongqing participated in the competition, focusing on the knowledge and skills of prefabricated concrete construction policies, standards, production, transportation, hoisting, construction technology and other related knowledge and skills.

Opening Ceremony

This competition involves 3 occupational types of component fabrication workers, component assemblers, and grouting workers of prefabricated buildings.

Component production: It mainly evaluates the production process and quality control of precast concrete ordinary shear walls, including operation safety, mold assembly, steel bar binding and other items.

Component assembly: The main assessment is the assembly process and quality control of autoclaved lightweight concrete inner partition wall panels. Based on the installation process of precast concrete wall panels based on the grouting method, the assessment is carried out from items such as operation safety, component installation quality and team cooperation.

Component grouting: It mainly evaluates the grouting process and quality control of precast concrete ordinary shear wall components, from grouting material preparation, parallel test, grouting operation and other links.

After 3 days of fierce competition, Chongqing and Sichuan have 3 first prizes, 6 second prizes, and 9 third prizes.

Nine units including Sichuan Prefabricated Construction Association and Chongqing Asus Construction Co., Ltd. won the Excellent Organization Award.

Five units including Sichuan Hongqihangdu Technology Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Green Building and Building Industrialization Association won the special contribution award.
