Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province Prefabricated Building Construction Technology Observation Meeting was successfully held

In order to broaden the horizons of construction engineering practitioners, further learn new technologies and exchange new technologies, Shijiazhuang Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau recently held a prefabricated construction technology observation meeting in the Vanke New Metropolis Residential Project in the Circular Chemical Park.

The main purpose of this observation meeting is to observe the construction process and construction technology, and the focus is to observe the technical characteristics of prefabricated building construction, including vertical prefabricated component hoisting, fixing, sleeve grouting, and quality control points of prefabricated building. The observation is divided into two parts: on-site observation and technical exchange. Relevant personnel from 26 counties (cities, districts) of Shijiazhuang City's construction administrative departments and technical personnel from the main responsible subjects of construction projects in their respective administrative regions participated in the site observation and technical exchanges in 6 batches, totaling more than 700 people.

The on-site observation will play a positive role in improving the technical level of construction and the quality of engineering projects, continuously expanding the horizons of construction engineering practitioners, further studying new processes and new technologies, learning advanced project assembly construction and management experience, improving efficiency, reducing industrial pollution, effectively reducing energy consumption, promoting green and environmentally friendly construction concepts and fully promoting the city's prefabricated construction work. The observation will be a complete success.

The observation meeting was sponsored by Shijiazhuang Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, co-organized by Shijiazhuang Circular Chemical Park Planning and Construction Administration, and implemented by the project construction units Shijiazhuang Yuanhui Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Zhongtian Construction Group.
