The prefabricated bridge of the LJ3 branch of the Luqiao Lihuo Expressway in Shanxi Province achieved half-width penetration

On the morning of July 30, the last T-beam on the right side of the first prefabricated Baiyuhe 1# Bridge in Shanxi was successfully erected, and the bridge was half-through. At present, the bridge construction is progressing in an orderly manner, and it is expected that the bridge will be fully completed in late August.


Baiyuhe 1# prefabricated bridge is located in Guxian Town, Qin County, Changzhi City, and the central stake is K70+180. It is the only prefabricated design bridge on the whole line of Lihuo Expressway. It is the first application of rapid assembly technology in Shanxi Province in the field of transportation, and it is also the control project of the LJ3 branch of Lihuo Expressway. It adopts an integral subgrade framing design, with a total length of 577m and a width of 25.5m.


Since the first project of prefabricated components was poured, the project department has rationally allocated resources, implemented a standardized prefabricated installation system, strictly controlled the prefabricated raw materials of T beams, and managed the assembly line to ensure that the concrete surface is dense and smooth, the structural outline is straight and beautiful, and the color is uniform. At the same time, we strictly control from the approval of the first piece and the quality pre-control to ensure the appearance quality of the prefabricated components. In order to ensure the progress of the project, on the one hand, the project department optimizes the construction plan, manages it carefully, pays close attention to the implementation of the process, and constantly explores new technologies to solve the difficulties and problems in the construction. On the other hand, they gave full play to the role of the party branch as a fighting fortress, organized party members, youth, and front-line workers to fight side by side, made every effort to overcome the prefabrication and assembly of T beams, and implemented the "white + black" work system to ensure the smooth connection of the right side of the Baiyu River 1# Bridge.


With the half-width completion of the bridge, it means that the assembly of the substructure of the bridge of the LJ3 sub-assembly bridge of Lihuo Expressway has entered the final stage and entered the sprint stage of T-beam erection. This also marks that the branch transport beam access road has been fully connected, laying a solid foundation for the early realization of the Lihuo project.
