The base is located in Rongcheng County, Xiong'an New District, Hebei Province, covering a total area of 241.1 mu. The production area is mainly composed of intelligent production workshops, mixing stations and component storage yards. The products cover municipal industrialized products such as municipal roads, bridges, pipe networks, drainage, and protection. The designed component capacity is 150,000 cubic meters per year.

They have reached preliminary cooperation intentions with Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Langfang and other provinces and cities, and the construction of the second phase has also begun to be planned.

Improved production environment for workers

"'Every day changes, and the alley can't be found in ten days.' This is the deepest feeling we have come to Xiongan New Area for more than half a year. Today, with the continuous delivery of concrete components to construction sites in Xiongan New Area, the production environment for workers has gradually improved. " Zhang Mingjian, chief engineer of the base, introduced that before, the integrated pipe gallery and combined pipe arrangement in municipal construction all needed to be poured on site. In the case of high temperature in summer, the heat is a huge challenge for workers to work. Today, many components can be produced in the factory, and then transported to the present for splicing, which greatly reduces the time for high-temperature work on site in summer.

For some skilled workers, their incomes are also increasing. For example, Zhang Mingjian said that there are currently about 100 workers in the base, in addition to some existing mature technical teams. The base also employs some local skilled workers in Xiong'an New Area. Their monthly salary can reach 7,000 to 8,000 yuan, and some types of work can even reach tens of thousands of yuan, which is a relatively considerable income in Xiong'an New Area.
