Hainan Province Prefabricated Building Parts Information Price Release Seminar was held in Haikou City

In order to implement the spirit of the "Several Opinions of the General Office of the People's Government of Hainan Province on Further Promoting the High-quality Green Development of Prefabricated Buildings in our Province", improve the basis for the pricing of prefabricated buildings, and improve the service level of price information for main materials of construction projects in Hainan Province. A few days ago, the Provincial Construction Standard Quota Station, a unit directly under the Hainan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, organized a seminar on the information price release of prefabricated building parts in Hainan Province in Haikou.

At the meeting, representatives from Hainan Province Prefabricated Building Industry Technology Innovation Alliance, Hainan Province New Wall Materials Association and more than 30 prefabricated parts and components manufacturers in our province discussed the development status of Hainan Province's prefabricated industry and the production and application of prefabricated parts. From the aspects of product standards, production processes, production costs, etc., specific opinions and suggestions are put forward on the coverage of price information of prefabricated parts, specification parameters and release methods. The participants agreed that the price information of prefabricated parts should be based on the current standards and specifications, reflecting the deep integration of engineering construction standards and pricing basis. At the same time, it fully considers the actual situation of Hainan Province, objectively reflects the market price level, and provides a strong guarantee for the pricing of prefabricated construction projects in Hainan Province.

In the next step, the Hainan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-rural Development will strengthen exchanges and interactions with industry organizations, scientific research institutions and enterprises, establish and improve the technical standard system for prefabricated buildings, improve the pricing basis for prefabricated buildings, and jointly promote the high-quality and green development of prefabricated buildings in Hainan Province.
