On the morning of July 23, the 2022 On-site Observation Meeting of Building Energy Conservation and Prefabricated Buildings and Quality Safety in Nanhai District, Foshan City was held at the Vanke Sky City Project. Focusing on the 13+5+ "X" green building materials system standard, it will display waterproof, sealing materials and architectural coatings, concrete and ALC wall panels, system doors and windows and other green building materials, as well as publicize and implement Vanke's 5+2 technology system. At the same time, the on-site quality and safety lean management system was also displayed. Relevant participants gave high praise to the project's green building materials system, quality and safety management level and new technology application, design and construction level of high-rise solid model houses, etc.

According to the Research Report on China's Building Energy Consumption and Carbon Emissions (2021), the total energy consumption of the entire building process in China in 2019 was 2.233 billion tons of standard coal. In 2019, the total carbon emission in the whole process of construction in China was nearly 5 billion tons, accounting for about 50% of the national carbon emission. Where do building carbon emissions come from? It is understood that the carbon emission of the whole life cycle of buildings includes the production of building materials, construction and its internal operation, and the production and operation stages are the main stages of energy consumption and carbon emissions. Because of the large amount of carbon emissions in the construction field, carbon reduction in this field is a key link in my country's "dual carbon" goal. Must do.
