The construction of the largest prefabricated construction project in Jieshou City, Anhui Province is progressing smoothly

The resettlement area project on Fuxing West Road was undertaken by Anhui Baoye Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. The project covers an area of 260 acres and has a construction area of 467,000 square meters. It is the first and currently largest prefabricated construction project in the world. "Prefabricated building refers to a construction method in which components are prefabricated in the factory and connected and installed on site. Prefabricated buildings are not only synonymous with construction speed, but also a powerful guarantee of construction quality." Feng Qiang, project manager of the resettlement area on Fuxing West Road, introduced.

It is understood that public supporting facilities such as kindergartens and underground parking lots are readily available in the resettlement area. 3,300 households can be resettled after completion. At present, the construction of the project is progressing smoothly. The project started in the second half of 2018. At present, the main part of the project has been completed. The stucco insulation of doors and windows has basically been completed, and various aspects of decoration and off-site support are in progress.

Since the beginning of the year, to ensure that the project is completed by the end of this year and delivered on time, the project department has overcome the impact of  the epidemic. Faced with the triple pressure of tight schedules, heavy tasks, and hardships, they did not shrink back. Workers often worked overtime to take back the lost time. Although great difficulties were encountered in the construction, it was still possible to ensure that the quality and quantity of the Fuxing West Road Resettlement Area project was completed on time.
