Four enterprises in Huai'an were selected into the list of provincial construction industry modernization demonstration bases and demonstration projects

Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced the list of the fourth batch of provincial-level construction industry modernization demonstration bases and demonstration projects that passed the evaluation, and 4 enterprises in Huai'an were selected. Among them, Fanzhisheng Yuanda, Jianyuan Yicheng, and Guolian Longxin were identified as demonstration bases for parts production. Jiangsu Tiangong R&D Center and Guolian Longxin's annual output of 80,000 cubic meters of prefabricated buildings were identified as demonstration projects.

Jiangsu Tiangong R&D Center adopts a fully prefabricated frame structure prefabricated building construction system, with a prefabricated assembly rate of 64.07%. Combining its own characteristics, the center uses building information model technology in the design, uses a large number of standardized parts and components, and also adopts advanced technologies such as the integration of structural insulation and decoration, which has good demonstration and promotion value.

In recent years, Huai'an has vigorously promoted the modernization of the construction industry. The "Implementation Opinions of the Municipal Government on Accelerating the High-quality Development of the Construction Industry" issued this year proposes that by 2025, new prefabricated buildings in Huai'an will account for 40% of new buildings. Among them, the prefabricated buildings of new commercial, residential and public buildings should account for more than 50% of the new buildings of the same type.
