On July 14, with the rapid progress of the Jining-Qufu Expressway project, the first prefabricated prefabricated piers in the C1 tender section constructed by China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau were successfully poured. This marks that the bridge substructure construction of the project has entered a new stage, and this tender section has also become the first tender section to complete the pouring of the first prefabricated piers among the 17 tender sections along the line.



In the afternoon of the same day, two concrete mixer trucks slowly drove into the Jining public prefabricated engineering industry production base next to Dayu West Road in Jining. After being extracted by the equipment, the gray-black concrete is slowly poured into the 8.2-meter-high pouring pedestal that has been built. Under the careful operation of the workers, the concrete will be closely combined with the steel bars in the platform to become a prefabricated pier with a weight of more than 70 tons. After a 7-day curing period, the installation can be completed at the project site.


"As the construction unit, China Construction Fourth Bureau has always strictly implemented the work requirements of the city headquarters and the owner to strive for the only, first-class, and first-class work. After entering the site, the construction resources were closely organized and dispatched, and the pouring of the first prefabricated piers and columns on the whole line was finally completed today, laying a good foundation for the rapid advancement of the construction of the substructure of the project bridge." Jining-Qufu expressway (and first-class highway) project first phase project (C1 tender section) project manager Du Jialei told reporters.



The Jining-Qufu Expressway project starts from the inner ring elevated Yangliu Interchange in the west and ends at the Qufu East High-speed Railway Station in the east, passing through the High-tech Zone, Yanzhou District and Qufu City along the route. It is an important part of the "seven horizontal and eight vertical" expressway system in the urban area of Jining City, and it is also an important transportation infrastructure project that affects the integrated development strategy of Jining metropolitan area. The construction of the project is of great significance to promoting the layout of the expressway network in the metropolitan area, accelerating the construction of a large modern cluster city, and driving the economic and social development of the high-tech zone along the line, Yanzhou District and Qufu City.


Among them, the C1 bid section of the project starts from Yangliu Interchange in the west and ends at Huangtun Interchange in the east, with a total length of 3.1 kilometers. Part of the bridge superstructure in the bidding section adopts prefabricated construction, and a total of 44 prefabricated piers are planned to be used. In the early stage of construction, the project team of China Construction Fourth Bureau, the contractor of the bidding section, overcame difficulties such as lack of personnel and lack of materials and equipment in just half a month. They made use of the existing site for watering the prefabricated piers during the construction of the inner ring viaduct, formulated the construction plan in advance, made technical and safety disclosures to all operators, and finally realized the watering of the first prefabricated piers.


It is understood that a total of 965 prefabricated piers will be used across the entire Jiqu Expressway project. In order to ensure the quality of the project, the prefabricated prefabricated components of Jiqu Expressway adopt an intelligent steel bar processing method. Compared with the 15-day construction speed of the traditional cast-in-place pier and column process, prefabricated prefabricated components like building blocks can build bridges like building blocks. It not only speeds up the construction progress, but also has the advantages of less environmental pollution, less labor for on-site installation, and lower total cost, and ensures the smooth flow of surrounding traffic to the greatest extent.
