The proportion of prefabricated buildings in new buildings in Guangdong Province should reach 30%

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the proportion of newly built green buildings in my country has exceeded 90%, and the area of new green buildings nationwide has increased from 4 million square meters in 2012 to 2 billion square meters in 2021.

During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, the level of energy conservation in the building sector in Guangdong Province has steadily improved. The area of new energy-saving buildings in cities and towns is 950 million square meters, the area of energy-saving renovation of existing buildings exceeds 25 million square meters, and the total area of green buildings exceeds 500 million square meters. The construction scale and construction density of green buildings in Shenzhen have always been at the forefront of the country. Starting from July 1, Shenzhen's new civil and industrial buildings will be 100% "green", and more than 1,500 projects have obtained green building evaluation marks. For example, the world's first "light-storage, direct-flex" building located in the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone can store the electricity generated by the rooftop solar photovoltaic power generation device and realize flexible use. It has saved more than 100,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity in one year of operation.

At the same time, Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhuhai and other places have built high-star green building development clusters, and a number of national green building innovation award projects have emerged.

In terms of construction technology, the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is planning to establish a provincial-level housing and urban-rural construction science and technology innovation committee to coordinate the province's construction technology innovation and development layout. A batch of provincial-level construction technology innovation platforms and 6 provincial-level construction technology innovation bases will be built. The target requires that the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new buildings in Guangdong cities and towns should reach 30%.

At the same time, Guangdong plans to create more than 90 technology centers at the provincial level and above, and cultivate no less than 10 Internet demonstration platforms for the construction industry. Promote the establishment of a regional innovation pattern with Guangzhou and Shenzhen as the main engines, the Pearl River Delta region as the core, and the coordinated development of the coastal economic belt and the northern ecological region. The Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development also revised the "Guangdong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Science and Technology Innovation Plan Project Management Measures" to further improve the management system for science and technology projects. Formulate interim measures for the management of scientific and technological innovation platforms for housing and urban-rural construction in Guangdong Province, carry out the construction of provincial-level scientific and technological innovation platforms for housing and urban-rural construction, and improve the support capability of scientific and technological innovation.
