It can be prefabricated in the factory workshop according to the customer's size requirements, and then transported to the construction site for integrated installation, just like building blocks, which is very convenient and fast.

The ALC new material factory has a total investment of 600 million yuan and covers an area of about 150 mu. Two wall material production lines are currently being constructed, all of which have been put into use. The ALC board produced is made of quartz sand tailings, cement, lime, etc. as the main raw materials. It adopts a microcomputer automatic control system and is cured by high-pressure steam. The density of the porous concrete is lower than that of ordinary cement materials. ALC board is divided into partition board, external wall board, roof board, floor board, fireproof board and so on according to the use.
