Among them, for the municipal prefabricated construction demonstration projects with high prefabricated assembly rate and demonstration significance, the municipal finance will give 100 yuan per square meter, and the maximum award for a single project is 3 million yuan.

In order to help development and construction units alleviate the cost pressure caused by the use of prefabricated building technology, the municipal housing construction department does not count the prefabricated exterior wall construction area of 3% or less of the total planned construction area into the floor area ratio of buildings using prefabricated exterior wall technology products. For a project developed and constructed using prefabricated building technology, if the development and construction enterprise has not incurred wage arrears within two years, it can apply for exemption of the wage deposit for migrant workers for the project, and refer to key technological transformation projects to enjoy preferential policies such as loan interest discounts.
