First time in Hubei Province! Hubei Province Prefabricated Concrete Structure Testing Practical Training Course was successfully held

From July 1st to 3rd, under the guidance of Wuhan Construction Industry Association, the Hubei Province Prefabricated Concrete Structure Inspection Practical Training Course jointly organized by the company and Hubei Construction Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the Industrial Workers Vocational Skills Training School of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau. The first batch of nearly 50 trainees received the "Education and Training Certificate for Quality Inspection of Prefabricated Concrete Structures" jointly issued by the company and Hubei Provincial Building Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. It means that the new skills training in the construction industry has taken a big step forward in the direction of the green development of national construction projects.

This training aims to improve the professional ability and technical level of technicians engaged in the production, construction, testing, supervision, quality supervision and other technical personnel of prefabricated concrete structures, and ensure the scientific and accurate data of quality inspection of construction projects. Further promote the sustainable and healthy development of prefabricated buildings in the province, improve the reliability of the test results of prefabricated concrete structures, and ensure the engineering quality of prefabricated concrete structures.

The training class specially invited professional teachers such as Tan Yuan, director of the Design and Research Institute of Beautiful Construction Company, and Wang Kang, director of the Hubei Provincial Construction Engineering Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center. They respectively interpreted and analyzed the development status and policies of prefabricated buildings, and the quality problems existing in the production, stacking and transportation of prefabricated components, and on-site installation.

In order to improve the practical level of the trainees, they can be employed after training. The vocational skills training school for industrial workers has built the first prefabricated concrete structure practical training base in Hubei Province in combination with various testing principles. 6 experts in the testing industry and related equipment manufacturers from Hubei Institute of Building Research and Design Co., Ltd. were specially invited to visit the site for practical drills, explanations and guidance. Completed the practical teaching of 9 prefabricated concrete structure detection methods, such as endoscopic method and X-ray imaging method to detect the grouting height and steel anchorage length in the sleeve, and array ultrasonic imaging method to detect the defects of the joint surface of the laminated plate. This allows students to have a comprehensive understanding and mastery of the inspection of fabricated concrete structures.

As the first prefabricated concrete structure testing practice base in Hubei Province, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Vocational Skills Training School will continue to deliver prefabricated construction professionals to the prefabricated industry and promote the sustainable and stable development of the prefabricated construction industry.
