On June 22, the signing ceremony of the investment agreement for the prefabricated building and supporting industry project in Badong County was held in Shenzhen, which marked a breakthrough in the construction of the project and is about to enter a substantive stage.

It is reported that the prefabricated buildings and supporting industries in Badong County are planned to be located in Xiqiuwan Township and Dongyukou Town, Badong County. The total planned investment is about 1.66 billion yuan, of which the investment in the first phase of the prefabricated building industrial park is about 560 million yuan, and the investment in the building materials industry comprehensive development project is about 1.1 billion yuan. After the first phase of the prefabricated construction industrial park project is put into production, the output value will reach 500 million yuan/year, and the output value of the building materials industry comprehensive development project will reach 390 million yuan/year after it is put into production. The project is expected to start in July 2022.
