In order to strengthen the control of the quality of prefabricated construction projects, improve the quality of prefabricated concrete components, and ensure the quality and safety of prefabricated construction projects, recently, Recently, the Shaoxing Construction Bureau, together with the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and relevant experts, conducted a special inspection in the first half of 2022 on 17 prefabricated building components manufacturers in Shaoxing. The inspection contents include enterprise quality system, laboratory operation, component delivery quality and data filing, etc.

2. Laboratory inspection

Mainly check whether the laboratory area, the configuration of laboratory personnel and equipment, the standardization of the operation of the laboratory personnel, the integrity of the test ledge, the incoming inspection of raw materials, and the maintenance and management of the laboratory meet the requirements of the inspection standards.

It mainly checks whether the quality management system of the enterprise, the acceptance of the first component, the training and continuing education of industrial workers, the files of production management personnel and the raw material management account meet the requirements of the inspection standards.

The overall situation of this joint inspection is good, and most manufacturers of prefabricated building components can carry out standardized production in accordance with the requirements of relevant policies and standards. However, some enterprises still have some problems in the operation standardization of experimental personnel, the retention of experimental materials, the stacking of components and the traceability of data. In the next step, the Municipal Construction Bureau will cooperate with the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau to evaluate and classify all the inspected enterprises according to the results of this inspection and to notify them. For prefabricated components produced by enterprises with low inspection scores, poor component quality, and no standardized production conditions, the local construction and market supervision departments are instructed to strictly supervise and strengthen quality sampling.
