On the evening of June 28, it was announced that Jinggong Steel Structure recently successfully won the bid for an affordable housing project - the construction project of the construction project of the Slaughterhouse Employee's Home with the prefabricated residential product system. The project is a high-end talent apartment project located in Baomao Village, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. It adopts the general contracting method of construction. The winning bid amount is 272 million yuan and the construction area is about 63,000 square meters. The company has obtained the project bid-winning notice, but has not signed a formal contract.

The announcement stated that in recent years, the company has independently developed the GBS green integrated building system, providing customers with overall solutions in the EPC model, and the assembly rate can reach 95%. Especially for residential products, the company's self-developed PEC product system combines the advantages of two structural materials, steel structure and concrete. The company said that this project is a new application of the company's PEC residential product system in affordable housing projects, and it is also the largest prefabricated housing project undertaken so far.

Jinggong Steel Structure is mainly engaged in steel structure engineering and complete building products with steel structure as the main body. The company's net profit in 2021 is 687 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.19%; in the first quarter of 2022, the net profit is 179 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.55%.
