This is not groundless. In the Linjiang Industrial Park, a Wucheng enterprise, Zhejiang Quechao Construction Technology Co., Ltd., which has been settled here for only two years, presented this new thing to the world "lively".

"The industrialization of new buildings is to follow the idea of "moving the site to a factory and turning the site into a factory", improving the level of mechanization and automation in the construction process, and complying with the orientation of ecological, environmental protection and energy saving. Mo Guowei, who has been working hard in Hangzhou, has a keen business sense. After multiple inspections, he chose to invest in Wucheng and enter the field of construction industrialization.

After two years of hard work, the "Magpie Nest Construction Branch" with a total investment of more than 300 million yuan will be completed and put into operation in 2021, and the output value will be nearly 90 million yuan that year, becoming one of the prefabricated building component manufacturers with the largest production capacity and strongest technical strength in central Zhejiang.

Walking into the open-air storage yard of "Magpie's Nest Jianke" located in Linjiang Industrial Park, you will be greeted by a variety of new concrete components with different shapes.

"These are all 'parts' used to build houses." Mo Guowei, general manager of the company, said, pointing to the concrete components of various shapes and sizes, "If the houses in the past were made of concrete, now with our prefabricated concrete components, building a house is more like building blocks."

Mo Guowei said that the best thing "Magpie Nest Jianke" is to do is to move the "nuisance operations" with high noise and high pollution in the original construction site into our factory workshop. "The reinforced concrete building components are pre-produced in the workshop. After more than ten procedures and strict inspections, they are loaded and transported to the construction site, and then lifted and installed by cranes, building a house like building blocks."

In the production workshop, an automatic laminated floor and large-scale fixed mold table production line is set up, and the curing kiln, the mortar compression and bending integrated machine, the hair pulling machine, the placing machine, and the vibrating room are lined up. All kinds of machinery and equipment were started at full speed, and the workers were busy on the machine table, and they were busy producing according to the requirements of the process.

On one side of the workshop is a gravel silo with a height of about 20 meters. Raw materials such as yellow sand, stones, and cement are sent to the mixing building through an automatic conveyor belt. The whole process of concrete mixing is completed in a closed space, which basically eliminates water and dust pollution.

It is understood that the PC construction technology using prefabricated reinforced concrete is prefabricated in the factory and assembled into a whole building on site. The difference between it and the traditional cast-in-place reinforced concrete (RC) lies in the different production methods. Since the PC construction technology adopts on-site splicing, it brings about changes in the design method and construction method of components and nodes.

The company's technical staff introduced that PC construction technology mainly focuses on how to ensure that PC buildings have the same structural performance as RC buildings through reasonable node connections, further simplify and optimize construction methods, and achieve shortened construction periods, reduced pollution, cost savings and improved quality efficiency.

Product iterative upgrade to keep up with market demand

Since the implementation of the "Zhejiang Province Green Building Regulations", all parts of the province have vigorously promoted the industrialization of new buildings. In the future, prefabricated buildings will account for more than 30% of new buildings. "Magpie Nest Jianke" joins hands with Wucheng, and the pace is in line with the rhythm of the development of new construction industrialization in Zhejiang.

"Building the factory in Wucheng is because we are optimistic about the development of Jinhua and the broad prospects of the green building market brought about by urban renewal," said Mo Guowei. In the opinion of many industry insiders, many cities in the province have promoted the industrialization of new buildings for many years. Now the market is becoming saturated and the competition is fierce. The central Zhejiang area, where Wucheng is located, has just started in this regard, and the market space is obviously larger.

"The use of precast concrete building components is not only more environmentally friendly and more economical, but the most important thing is that the construction period is shorter and the quality of the house is better." Speaking of the benefits of PC construction technology, Mo Guowei is familiar with it. In his view, with the implementation of the "Zhejiang Province Green Building Regulations", the industrialization of new buildings has become the development direction of the construction industry, and the application of prefabricated building technology is the general trend and is in the ascendant. Compared with the traditional pouring of concrete at the construction site, the use of prefabricated building components can greatly reduce the pollution to the atmosphere and the waste of resources such as water and wood. More importantly, it can also save labor, improve the working environment of workers, and save subsequent construction periods.

At present, "Magpie Nest Jianke" has formed a production capacity of 125,000 cubic meters of PC precast concrete components. In addition to construction companies in Hangzhou, Zhuji and other places, a number of well-known real estate companies have used the company's precast concrete construction products in some real estate projects and government investment projects in Wucheng, and gradually gained popularity in the Jinhua construction field. At present, the company's orders have been placed in October, and it is expected that this year's output value is expected to increase by more than 50% compared with last year.
