Jianping County, Liaoning Province to build the largest manufacturing base of steel structure bridges and prefabricated building materials in Northeast China

Recently, when the reporter interviewed major projects in Jianping County, he saw that the steel structure bridge and new prefabricated building material manufacturing projects invested and constructed by Liaoning Yigeng Construction Technology Co., Ltd. are grabbing the progress. The framework of the comprehensive building has been completed, and the steel structure workshop has entered the construction stage. The construction of supporting facilities in the plant area is carried out simultaneously. It is planned that the production workshop will be completed and put into operation in June, and it will strive to build the largest steel structure bridge and prefabricated building material manufacturing base in Northeast China and Inner Mongolia.

According to reports, Liaoning Yigeng is the only enterprise in northern my country that has obtained the qualification for manufacturing steel structure bridges. It has high-level independent research and development capabilities, and has 45 related patented technologies. The steel structure bridge and new prefabricated building material manufacturing project is located in Jianping County Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of 130 million yuan and an area of 46 acres. It mainly builds smart production workshops, comprehensive buildings and auxiliary facilities. It has purchased more than 100 sets of production equipment such as laser cutting machines, robot welding, and digital painting systems, and constructed 4 production lines, mainly producing steel structure bridges, prefabricated building materials, and tempered glass curtain walls and other integrated steel buildings.

After the project is put into operation, it can produce 20,000 tons of bridge and high-end prefabricated engineering materials and 200,000 square meters of tempered glass curtain wall. After the project is put into production, it can achieve an annual output value of 200 million yuan, tax revenue of 10 million yuan, and arrange 100 jobs.
