The Shengtai Shijia project in Haikou City won the prefabricated building award with a total area of 7536 square meters

It was learned from the Haikou Jiangdong New District Administration that the Shengtai Shijia proposed by Haikou Shengtai Real Estate Co., Ltd. is located in the JDGJ-11-A15-01 plot of the International Higher Education Research Group in Jiangdong New District, Haikou City. According to the "Hainan Province Prefabricated Building Implementation Plan Review Application Form" approved by the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the assembly rate of this project meets the requirements of the "Prefabricated Building Evaluation Standards" (GB/T51129-2017), and 3% of the above-ground construction area will be rewarded, with a total reward area of 7,536 square meters (not included in the calculation of the floor area ratio).

Shengtai Shijia is an affordable housing project, located to the north of Haiwen Expressway and west of Guijing Road, within the higher education and scientific research group of Jiangdong New Area. The project will take the central large garden as the landscape core, and combine multiple residential building groups around it to create a garden-style high-quality residential community. The project covers an area of 9.12 hectares and has a total construction area of 338,500 square meters. It can provide about 2,329 sets of affordable housing. The project will also support the construction of about 16,000 square meters of commercial and community service facilities to complement the public service projects for nearby residents.
