Poly Development: A total of 11.15 million square meters of new construction projects will use prefabricated buildings in 2021

A few days ago, Poly Development released the 2021 annual social responsibility report.

According to the report, in 2021, 100% of the construction area of Poly Development will meet the green building design standards: among them, 113 projects have reached the design standard of one-star green building and above, with an area of 16.46 million square meters. Among them, 41 national green building projects have been certified, with a certified area of 7.81 million square meters. In 2021, a total of 11.15 million square meters of newly started projects will use prefabricated buildings.
