Announcement of the first batch of green building innovation projects in Shanxi Province

According to the news on June 3, according to the "Notice on the Identification of Green Building Innovation Projects", the Shanxi Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-rural Development organized experts to carry out the first batch of green building innovation project evaluation work. The list of projects to be identified will be announced, and six projects in Taiyuan City have been shortlisted.

The six projects are: "Liyuan International Financial Center Buildings 1 and 4", a three-star green building; reproducible and popularized green innovation technologies: light-storage, direct-flex technology, water-saving integrated technology, and smart buildings. "Building 9 of China Railway Huayutang Project", a three-star green building; green innovation technologies that can be replicated and promoted: energy-saving technology for exterior walls, high-efficiency air-conditioning equipment, and technology to improve the quality of the building's indoor environment. "Buildings 1-10 of Lihua North Project", a two-star green building; reproducible and popularized green innovation technologies: intelligent system of 5G Internet of Things technology, fresh air and haze removal technology, energy consumption monitoring system. "Buildings 1 and 2 of the first phase of the International Convention and Exhibition Finance Science and Technology City (SG-1957 plot)", a three-star green building. Reproducible and popularized green innovation technologies: building integration of solar photovoltaic power generation, prefabricated decoration, intelligent operation and maintenance. "Xinyuan Smart Construction and Operation Headquarters Building A", three-star green building, near-zero energy building, AAA-level prefabricated building; replicable and popularized green innovation technologies: near-zero energy consumption technology, prefabricated construction technology, renewable energy application technology, new intelligent energy consumption management system. "Xiaohe International Convention and Exhibition Center Project", two-star green building; replicable and popularized green innovation technologies: light storage, direct and flexible technology, clean heating technology, 5G+ smart building.
