The Wenbo Yingyue project in Haikou City won the prefabricated building area award!

It was learned from the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning that the Wenbo Yingyue project is located on the north side of Baishuitang, Xiuying District, Haikou City, and the planning permission was approved in January 2022. The project has passed the prefabricated building expert review meeting organized by the municipal housing construction department and the "Hainan Province Prefabricated Building Implementation Plan Review Application Form", and is now given an area award that does not exceed 3% of the above-ground prefabricated building area.

After the award, the total construction area of the project will be adjusted to 80052.82 square meters, the above ground construction area will be adjusted to 62311.06 square meters, the underground construction area will be adjusted to 17741.76 square meters, and the capacity area will be adjusted to 59961.45 square meters. The prefabricated reward area is 1823.51 square meters, the number of parking spaces for motor vehicles is adjusted to 528, and the number of residential units is adjusted to 477.
