The land for the green building industry base project in Hsinchu Town, Ding'an County, Hainan Province was successfully listed for sale

On May 27, the state-owned construction land use right of the CR2022-01 plot in Hsinchu Town, Ding'an County was successfully listed for sale. The land area is 129,533.86 square meters (equivalent to 194.3 acres), and it was successfully bid by Ding'an Runfeng Smart Construction Co., Ltd. through listing. The transaction price is 45.86 million yuan, and the transfer period is 50 years.

It is understood that the CR2022-01 plot in Hsinchu Town is located in the Hsinchu Green Building Industry Base. Ding'an Runfeng Smart Construction Co., Ltd. plans to build three aerated concrete panel production lines on this plot. After the overall completion, it will be a comprehensive prefabricated building material base with the most complete product types and advanced production technology in the province. The investment intensity of the project is not less than 480 million yuan, the annual output value is not less than 970 million yuan, and the annual tax revenue when the project reaches production is not less than 29.15 million yuan.

Ding'an Runfeng Smart Construction Co., Ltd. mainly produces various types of housing construction, municipal, electric power, and basalt composite products such as laminated panels, stairs, beams and columns, bay windows, underground integrated pipe corridors, and wind power mixed towers. It provides diversified products and services for prefabricated buildings, marine engineering, petrochemicals and other fields in Hainan Province.
