The investment is not less than 480 million! China Resources Cement Prefabricated Building Base Phase II Project Landed in Ding'an County, Hainan Province

On May 30, the reporter learned from the relevant departments of Ding'an County, Hainan that the right to use the state-owned construction land of the CR2022-01 plot in Hsinchu Township of the county was successfully listed for sale recently. The land area is 129,533,860 square meters (equivalent to 194.3 mu), and it was successfully bid by Ding'an Runfeng Smart Construction Co., Ltd. through listing. The transaction price was 45.86 million yuan and the transfer period was 50 years.

The reporter learned that the CR2022-01 plot of Hsinchu Town is located in the Hsinchu Green Building Industry Base. Dingan Runfeng Smart Construction Co., Ltd. plans to build the second phase of the China Resources Cement Prefabricated Building Base on this plot. It is expected that after the completion of the project, the base will become a comprehensive prefabricated building material base with complete product types and advanced production technology in the province. At that time, the investment intensity of the project will not be less than 480 million yuan, the annual output value will exceed 970 million yuan, and the annual tax revenue will exceed 29.15 million yuan when the project reaches production.

The second-phase project of China Resources Cement Prefabricated Building Base mainly produces various types of housing construction, municipal, electric power, basalt composite materials such as laminated slabs, stairs, beams and columns, bay windows, underground integrated pipe corridors, and wind power mixed towers, which are prefabricated products in Hainan Province and provides diversified products and services for prefabricated buildings, marine engineering, petrochemical and other fields in Hainan Province. The successful bid for the land will boost the implementation of the project and further improve the quality and efficiency.
