Enterprises that invest in prefabricated industrial bases in Laichang will be supported, and a one-time financial subsidy of 1.5 million yuan and 800,000 yuan will be given to prefabricated construction industrial bases recognized by the national and provincial housing construction departments. Up to now, the municipal finance has accumulated a total of 12.2 million yuan of support funds for 10 prefabricated construction enterprises, fully supporting Nanchang to build a number of influential prefabricated industrial parks and bases, and to create a number of typical prefabricated building projects. For government-invested public buildings and affordable housing built in a prefabricated way, the increased cost due to the prefabricated way is included in the project construction cost, and large enterprise groups or consortia are encouraged to participate in the construction of prefabricated building projects.
