Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province intensifies the construction of demonstration projects to promote the development of prefabricated buildings

Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province recently issued a notice on accelerating the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings. It is clear that the construction of demonstration projects will be further intensified, and the focus will be on the demonstration and leading role in government investment projects such as new public rental housing, resettlement housing, schools and hospitals.

Ganzhou City requires to actively promote the prefabricated concrete structure system from the aspects of improving construction goals and standards, strengthening project source control, and promoting standardized construction. Fully use common components such as prefabricated laminated floor slabs, prefabricated inner partition panels, and prefabricated stair slabs, and promote the use of non-load-bearing peripheral retaining wall components such as thermal insulation, decoration, and thermal insulation integrated panels. Vigorously develop the prefabricated steel structure housing system and expand its application in commercial housing, large public buildings and ultra-high special-shaped buildings. New construction methods such as prefabricated steel structures and wood (bamboo) structures are adopted in the construction of rural residential houses and tourist homestays according to local conditions. Ensure that the proportion of newly constructed prefabricated buildings in the city this year is not less than 35% of the new construction area in the same period.
