Hainan Province's first prefabricated construction labor service brand "Golden Residential Workers" training class started in Lingao County

On the morning of May 25, Hainan's first prefabricated construction labor service brand - "Golden Residential Workers" cooperation signing and the opening ceremony of the first training class was held in Lingao Jinjingang Industrial Park. The brand is jointly built by Hainan Technician College, a unit directly under the Hainan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Lingao County Government, and Kangzhuang Living Technology (Hainan) Co., Ltd.

Hainan Technician College and Kangzhuang Residential Engineering signed a cooperation framework agreement.

Lin Lin, member of the party group and deputy director of the Hainan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Shi Lei, president of Hainan Technician College, Chen Fang, deputy head of Lingao County Government, and business leaders attended the event. As a project cooperation and training unit, the Provincial Technician College signed a labor service brand training agreement with Lingao County Human Resources Service Center and a cooperation framework agreement with Kangzhuang Residential Workers.

Lin Lin taught the first class of the training class entitled "Promoting professional ethics, inheriting the spirit of craftsmen, and creating a gold medal living worker". By telling the stories of craftsmen in the new era such as Xu Zhenchao, Ju Xiaolin, and Yang Guoqiang, he explained the professional ethics and craftsmanship that skilled practitioners must possess.

In recent years, under the vigorous promotion of the Hainan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, combined with the characteristics of the industrial development of the Hainan Free Trade Port, Hainan has created a series of labor service brands with Hainan characteristics, such as "Danzhou Yuesao" and "Oriental Craftsman". The "Gold Medal Residential Workers" labor service brand takes the new construction industry as an entry point, provides employment opportunities for rural workers, and exerts the joint efforts of the government, school and enterprise to jointly promote the coordinated development of the industrial economy and rural revitalization. It is expected to become another "golden signboard" for entrepreneurship and employment of Hainan's new labor service brand.
