One is the demonstration of the digital workshop. Huaibei City focuses on cultivating integrated prefabricated production enterprises. Among them, Anhui MCC Huaihai Prefabricated Construction Co., Ltd., as "the first batch of provincial-level prefabricated demonstration production bases in Anhui Province" and "Anhui Quality Credit AAA-level Demonstration Enterprise", relies on China No. 22 Metallurgical Group and Huaihai Industrial Group, create the entire industrial chain of R&D, design, production, construction, centralized procurement, and operation, fully implement the application of the PKPM prefabricated smart factory management platform, and carry out information sharing and transmission throughout the life cycle of components. Through multiple stages of design, production, warehousing, freight, etc., to achieve automatic data collection and visual management, to build a smart "digital" factory, and won the honorary title of "Huaibei Digital Workshop Demonstration Enterprise".

The second is the leadership of the technological system. MCC Huaihai Company has successively developed the post-casting section inner lap connection technology and the steel structure prefabricated system. The internal lap connection technology in the post-casting section can save a lot of grouting material and grouting sleeves, improve the construction efficiency (it only takes 4 days to complete one layer), and can effectively solve the problems of insufficient grouting and compactness, and this technology has obtained more than 60 patents. The steel structure prefabricated system combines the advantages of concrete components and steel structures, and the two complement each other to form a new system for the manufacture and installation of green prefabricated building parts.

The third is the promotion of the general contracting model. Take the green intelligent demonstration line comprehensive building project of Xiangshan Cement Company as an example. This project is a pilot project of prefabricated EPC. Construction of foundation construction, prefabricated house hoisting, water and electricity equipment installation, advertising decoration, outdoor ground construction, fully enclosed enclosure of the factory area, face recognition gates, and surrounding greening will be completed within one month. The project adopts prefabricated composite panels, prefabricated composite beams, polymer foam concrete lightweight partition panels (PFC panels), etc., and implements a five-in-one model of "fabricated + green building + EPC + BIM + garden-style construction site" during construction. Reduce on-site garbage and dust by about 80%, fully implement green construction, energy conservation and environmental protection, and contribute to the green, ecological and sustainable development of Huaibei area.
