Specifically, from May 20, 2022 to December 31, 2022, the maximum loan amount for the first use of housing provident fund will be adjusted in stages.
Among them, if the housing provident fund loan is used for the first time, the maximum loan amount of the normal housing provident fund deposited by the husband and wife of the loan worker’s family will be increased from 500,000 yuan to 550,000 yuan, and the maximum loan amount for employees' unilateral normal payment of housing provident fund has been increased from 300,000 yuan to 350,000 yuan.
For those who meet the housing provident fund loan conditions for high-level talents in Zaozhuang City, the maximum loan amount will be simultaneously increased to 2 times.
In addition, in order to further improve and perfect the housing provident fund loan policy, meet the diverse housing loan needs of paid employees, and promote the development of prefabricated buildings in Zaozhuang City. From May 20, 2022, the differentiated provident fund loan policy will be implemented for employees who have paid for the purchase of prefabricated houses, and the maximum loan amount will be increased by 20% on the basis of the current housing provident fund loan policy.
