Zhongtian Group and Japan's Sumitomo Forestry signed a contract to jointly develop green buildings

On the afternoon of May 27, Hunan Zhongtian Group and Japan's Sumitomo Forestry Online signed a cooperation agreement. Based on high-quality residential development, the two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of green buildings, steel-wood prefabricated buildings and elderly care. Japan's Sumitomo Forestry has more than 300 years of development history, focusing on wood and low-carbon housing, which is in line with my country's green development and "dual carbon" concepts. In recent years, Zhongtian Group has invested in the construction of Zhongtian Hangxiao steel structure prefabricated building base with international advanced level, and launched a steel structure prefabricated green ecological community - Zhongtian Lutai. The cooperation project between the two parties is located in Hetang District, with a planned investment of about 580 million yuan, of which the Japanese side contributed about 200 million yuan. Recently, the lottery area has been adjusted and the land parcel area has been expanded. It is estimated that the total investment will reach 800 to 1 billion yuan, and 300 million yuan of foreign capital can be introduced.
